The Marietta Community House Experience
One-Day Rental
- 15 hours | 9am – 12 midnight (music ending at 11pm). Venue coordinator will welcome you to the House at the start or your rental and will bid you farewell upon completion of your event
- Rehearsal (if needed) on the Thursday prior to your event.
- Use of both getting ready spaces, front lawn, porches and downstairs of house, kitchen
- 100 Chivari chairs and a variety of tables
- Final walk-thru at 1 month to create layout for your event and to go over all policies
- Placement of tables and chairs by venue
- On-call venue coordinator on the day of your event
- Trash Disposal
Weekend Rental
- Rental begins 12 noon on Friday until 12 noon on Sunday. Venue coordinator will welcome you to the House at the start or your rental and will bid you farewell upon completion of your event. They will also open and close the House on the Saturday rental day.
- Set-up of personal items on that Friday and removal on Sunday is permitted
- Rehearsal (if needed) on the Thursday prior to your event
- Use of both getting ready spaces, front lawn, porches and downstairs of house, kitchen
- 100 Chivari chairs and a variety of tables
- Final walk-thru at 1 month to create layout for your event and to go over all policies
- Placement of tables and chairs by venue
- On-call venue coordinator on the day of your event

Downstairs Day Rental
- Use of only the downstairs dining room and living room, kitchen, porches and front lawn. No use of 2nd floor getting ready spaces
- Venue coordinator will welcome you to the House and bid you farewell at the conclusion of your event

Downstairs Half Day Rental
- Use of only the downstairs dining room and living room, kitchen, porches and front lawn. No use of 2nd floor getting ready spaces
- 5 hours| Starting no earlier than 9am and ending no later than 9pm
- Venue coordinator will welcome you to the House and bid you farewell at the conclusion of your event
- 100 Chivari chairs and a variety of tables
- Final walk-thru at 1 month to create layout for your event and to go over all policies
- Placement of tables and chairs by venue
- On-call venue coordinator on the day of your event
